Requirement:   Service Delivery Manager
Job Description:  

Position Clarification:

·         Conduct Service Delivery Kick-Off meeting comprising of all stakeholders

·         Liaison with Project Team to takeover deliverables Draft, Revise and Maintain Service Delivery Plan

·         Governance

·         Participate in proposal/contract reviews

·         Review Statement of Work and record commitments and contractual Service Level Agreements

·         Attend to any escalation from the team or customer

·         Maintain a tracker for all open issues pending with customer and follow up for speedy closure

·         Resolve issues with respect to conflicts between multiple Technology Towers

·         Service Delivery

·         Manage successful day-to-day operations of the support team

·         Coordinate with Third party vendors

·         Develop and maintain an appropriate organizational structure capable of supporting the committed SLA

·         Determine workload profiles for operation schedules and Define/review Resource estimation for defined activities and ensure proper staffing of the team and ensure optimal resource utilization

·         Develop, motivate and retain assigned team

·         Ensure succession planning of critical resources

·         Ensure that the support teams are aware of the responsibilities and obligations of the company as specified in the SOW

Qualification & Skill :

B.E/B.Tech / Dip / Any Degree

-          Good written & verbal communication skill.

-          Willing to work with any shifts. Willingness to travel
