Job Description:  

Roles and Responsibilities

ü  Manage key customer projects, serve as interface between internal teams and to resolve both technical and Managerial issues.

ü  Align the project team to customer needs by establishingdocumenting and getting sign-offs on milestones, goals, and objectives based on input from all functional areas and stakeholders within the project.

ü  Define, refine and maintain clarity on roles & responsibilities for the team and business partners.

ü  Provide a source of reference and training for Project Management covering processes, tools, metrics and reporting.

ü  Drive well defined processes and methodologies that strive to optimize the team effectiveness, while delivering successful projects on schedule and within budget.

ü  Works withVP – Professional Services in deploying strategies and tools.

ü  Provide regular and consistent communication to various internal stakeholders.

ü  Identify potential risks and make resolution suggestion through the escalation process.

ü  Open and regular communication of priorities and status of projects with Operations Management and site leadership.

ü  Gather, analyze and report on project data and metrics for management review

ü  Manage operational project reviews.

ü  Providing both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks and issues.

ü  May require occasional interface with customers to close outstanding issues.

ü  May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
