Job Description:  

Position/ Title: Account Manager

 

Experience: 5 – 8 Yrs

 

Location: Chennai

 

Education: Degree or any Masters from reputed institute

 

Reporting: Director Sales

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Function as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders within assigned accounts.
  • Planning and executing account retention and development strategies
  • Ensure timely billing and collection
  • Identify and drive use cases that translate into increased usage of Uniphore solutions
  • Plan and manage active contact program and ensure Uniphore Senior Management visibility within assigned accounts
  • Work with Marketing to plan and execute account specific marketing programs
  • Report regularly on sales funnel and progress of opportunities through the sales cycle

 

Required Skill Set: 

 

·         Go-getter, Self-Motivated

·         Ability to develop strong relationships with appropriate individuals at different levels, including C level, within the assigned accounts

·         Demonstrable track record of managing and growing accounts under management

·         Excellent Communication & people management skills, fluency in English is a must

·         Good problem solving ability

·         Hands on experience in B2B enterprise sales. Product Sales experience will be a definite plus.

·         Willingness to travel extensively
