Job Description:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

§  Responsible for generating leads through both inbound (campaign based – printi and digital) and outbound calls (database calling), emails, internet research etc.

§  Achieve  a minimum of 50 calls per day to the prospects through cold calls, active and passive database churning

§  Generate appointments for Site visits and follow the same. This will be the primary KRA (site visits done).

§  Listen actively to customer requirements, and build a pipeline of opportunities by maintaining a complete database and reports through proper updation of CRM.

§  Capture and update customer information accurately i.e. log all activities in the CRM system

§  Work closely with site Sales team for Client appointments and achieve conversion targets

§  Use company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct/make calls

§  Ensure follow ups are done telephonically and on emails for all appointments

§  Maintain the status on each lead so that the information be used for future campaigns

§  Periodic reporting to Management

§  Report any  abnormalities to the Management as soon as noticed
