Role - Sales Executive (Frontline sales / Individual Contributor) – Premium Projects

Reporting to - Site Sales Head

Location - Chennai

Qualification - Bachelor’s Degree; Diploma

Master’s degree or equivalent with specialization in Marketing/Sales – Desired; Not mandatory

Experience - 2-5 years

Age Group - Below 30 years

Designation/Grade - Asst Manager / Senior sales Executive/ executive

Industries to look from - BFSI, Telecom, FMCG, Pharma, Real Estate, (Max of 2 years in Real Estate), Insurance, Door to door sales (Eureka forbes), Multilevel Marketing sales

Premium product sales – Premium cars/motorcycles;

Job Description:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Achieve assigned Sales and Collection Targets

Responsible for ground level activations/BTL activities to generate leads

Responsible for handling customers coming for project evaluation.

Responsible for closure of Sales leads generated through print, digital campaign.

Responsible for prospecting (acquiring) new clients by networking, cold calling, using the leads provided or customer referrals

Process owner for presentation, pitching, site visits, payment collection and profitability

Research and build relationships with new clients

Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs/Site Visits

Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales

Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion

Ensure complete documentation process for all customers by liaising with CRM team

Update MIS/ERP from time to time

Keep track of new trends, and competition

Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as and when required

Periodic reporting to Management

Report any  abnormalities to the Management as soon as noticed
