Reporting to - Managing Director

Scope of responsibilities - Human Resource & General Administration

General position purpose & brief description of the position

Human Resource management, organization development, industrial relations monitoring, third party contract management, general administration etc.   

Mission of the department of the position         

To help the company develop a crack team to achieve its goals in this phase of transition (in one of the top most disruptive industries worldwide) and become an employer of choice

Area of responsibilities & Location (territory) - Pan India Located at: Charmwood Head Office

Supervision responsibilities & list of supervised positions - Office support staff      


Human Resources Management                                                                                                

Develop and reframe HR Policies                                                                                                


Create an update HR Manual                                                                                                          

Code of conduct            

Develop & manage Organisation charts                                                                                           

Re-build job descriptions for all positions                                                                                        

Validate the internal talent pool                                                                                                      

Gap analysis and corrective actions                                                                                                 

Develop & maintain relationships with employment consultants, universities, job portals, social/business media and recruit a candidate in the most cost-effective manner                                                                              

Employee induction & resource allocation on joining                                                                       

New employee assimilation and orientation                                                                                    

Organization development         

Change management   

Succession planning      

Performance management        

Training & development             

Managing ER Issues      

Compensation & Benefits           

Payroll management    

Strategic HR initiatives 

Liaison with legal advisor for drafting employee bonds for  their training abroad                           

Communication of employee movement across company                                                         

 Administration - Office administration of the Charmwood Head Office
