Requirement:   Administration Officer
Job Description:  

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Administration Officer is responsible for maintaining day to day administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements and support municipal operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Should be able to support the overall Administration of company
Taking care of staff management.
Handling Guest Scheduling, Billing, cash,
Supervision of all the departments for its effective functioning.
Develop and support the services and make them centre of excellence
Taking of inventory management and monitoring 
Looking after the Front Office, Housekeeping, etc

Assist with preparation of the budget

Ensure data is entered into the system

Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system

Manage the filing, storage and security of documents

Immediate Response to inquiries of Employees

 

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

Any UG or Diploma candidate can be preferred
