Support the LAN/WAN of SSL CUSTOMER offices Across Oman

Monitoring and management of WAN network using IT360 tools.

Network maintenance and support includes but is not limited to:

(a) Maintenance, preventative and break/fix activities, of routers, switches and other network hardware as required;

(b) Maintenance, preventative and break/fix activities, of firewalls and Load balancers.

Configuration and fault management for the routers Support services for routers at the core distribution and access locations,

Support services for Tllines, MPLS and SSL VPN.

Maintain all WAN and LAN and ensure effective work of network.

WAN device Management and Reporting Monthly inventory of WAN equipment.

Maintain updated diagrams and document related to network.

Implement best practices solutions with constant improvement in quality.

Establish best practices and policies for installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting network hardware devices.Whenever there are network issues at any SSL

CUSTOMER office locations, the vendor : should provide onsite support engineers to resolve the same.

Coordinate with Multiple SSL CUSTOMER branches for network functionality.

Troubleshoot, debug and restore failed services as soon as possible to ; minimize impact to SSL CUSTOMER business.

Administer SSL CUSTOMER network everyday basis to provide secure and reliable network services and perform regular troubleshooting for host, routing and firewall management.

Provide support to SSL VPN operation through testing, up gradation and maintain network effectively.

Performance monitoring, tuning & reporting

Manage and maintain the SSL CUSTOMER Voice system.

Adhere to ITIL Policies to provide support for the incident, problem and change management
